Job responsibilities:
• Develops and executes practical marketing initiatives to increase market share, maximize profits and protect brand credibility.
• Collaborates with creative agencies, media representatives, and other internal teams to ensure all materials meet company standards and process
• Stays current with industry trends to create innovative strategies supporting the organization's growth goals.
• Analyzes complex data accurately to make decisions aligned with business objectives effectively.
• Monitors the performance of campaigns regularly for optimization results.
• Collaborates with Assistant Trade Marketing Manager for promos and BTL activations.
Job requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in brand management with digital marketing and trade activation obtained from an FMCG organization.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Strong IT and numerical skills, particularly in MS Office suite and Excel, but also able to demonstrate an ability to understand and utilize other systems such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Driver's license (hopefully knows how to drive a car)
• Good communication and people skills.
