Asset Management Specialist (Associate Level)

Role Objective: Asset management analysts work on day-to-day tasks for properties that are already in their company's portfolio with the goal of maximizing the profitability of the operating assets.
Their effort is directed towards maximizing total ROI for all assets and assessing where to add value and improve on current and existing assets of the company.
They work in a collaborative fashion with third-party property managers, lease administrators, leasing agents, IT Specialists, HR Officers, and accountants.
Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the oversight of all site asset management (both IT and non-IT assets)
- Responsible for developing and implementing Fixed Asset Management procedures/guidelines with the main objective of ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC, and any other regulatory-related requirement
- Responsible for interacting with Philippine Economic Zone Authority in matters relative to Fixed Asset Management with the assurance of having a good working relationship while maintaining independence and corporate integrity.
- Responsible for educating Lines of Businesses, Departments on the importance of PEZA process adherence in matters relative to fixed asset management
- Annual renewal Letter of Authorization (LOA) to transfer equipment to various locations
- Annual renewal of any authorization required for the company's authorized representative.
- Monthly equipment addition with PEZA, financial, general, and user-defined field information
- Monthly equipment replacement with historical and changes information
- Monthly equipment movement with historical and changes in information
- Responsible for establishing, monitoring, and control of equipment lifecycle transactions, such as but not limited to the following:

- PEZA forms 8105; 8106; 8112; Boat Note; Import Permits; Letter of Authority; PEZA export tally sheet
- BOC forms CEWE; Boat Note; Import Entry Revenue Declaration (IERD); PO; commercial invoice; Air Way Bill; Bill of Lading
- Responsible for managing the following transactions:

- Laptop pooling process
- Gate pass processing
- Laptop and other Office Equipment Accountability form filing
- Off boarding and clearance management
- Approvals for technology equipment movement
- Responsible for managing Office Supplies, cleaning supplies, and other office furniture and fixtures.
Qualification:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Technology, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Preferably 3-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of experience in Asset management
- Exposure to any one of the asset management tools and managing various life cycle processes
- Should have exposure to IT assets both hardware and software
- Must have good knowledge of MS Excel, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) process, FAC knowledge, and asset life cycle
- Experience and Competency in Corporate Asset Management and Practice.
- Preferably can start ASAP.

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
