Asset Management Analyst

Coordinates activities related to managing the Asset/Configuration Management Process.
Duties include day to day management of asset updates, monthly billing and monthly reporting
- Produces daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Develops implements and maintains process execution and customer reporting deliverables.
- Work with multiple teams to ensure process executes according to design and provides required reporting and action plans.
- Promotes communication of the Company's Asset/Configuration Management procedures and practices.
- Ensures internal and vendor-requested software, hardware, and network changes to the supported operating environment of FAI and its clients.
- Makes recommendations to improve processes and updates the Asset/Configuration Management documentation where necessary.
- Complies with all standard internal controls and processes.
Participates and follows all processes as defined by FAI's Hosting and Network Services.
- Delivers results in support of achieving the organization's Service Level Agreements.
- Maintains accurate policy and process documentation and distributing it at regular intervals and as needed when infractions of the process are observed.
- Acts as a liaison to the LOB by assessing standards again what is deployed in production and recommending appropriate solutions
- Trains customer or LOB Asset/Configuration Management processes.
- Provides direction and oversight to less experienced team members.
- Develops Asset/Configuration management policies, processes, guidelines, and tools suite for team to utilize.
- Responsible for ensuring all process documentation is kept evergreen.
