Responsibilities:
• Answer call inquiries pertaining to insurance, healthcare or travel policy of customers in accordance with standard policies and procedures
• Analyze customer issues and concerns and provide correct solution/s
• Provide excellent customer experience
Qualifications
• At least 2 years in College (no back subjects)
• 1 year BPO Call Center Experience
• Must be amenable to start ASAP
