Art Director

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree
is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing
successful campaigns and projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a
collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong
understanding of digital platforms and technologies.

• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives into
creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
