Job Description:
Responsible for leading a team of 10-12 FTEs and be responsible for planning and executing educational and marketing materials for consumers in the healthcare space with a focus on graphic design (Print), animated assets and online videos for advertising, social media, and patient education programs. Content will educate and inspire consumers to sample the hospital services in areas such as pregnancy, heart care, emergencies, back or joint pain and surgical weight loss.


Graphic Design Provide excellent support for Strategic Marketing team requests to customize creative assets to convey each hospital’s personality and unique value – leveraging global templates, dynamic content capabilities, and local content such as logo, hospital brand, value proposition and testimonials Lead a team to create new assets for system-wide use (examples include eBooks, guides, social media posts, educational materials, email sequences, direct mail packages, infographics, web content, advertisements, print collateral, tradeshow signage, and presentations) Multimedia Execution Lead a team who will be responsible for : Edit raw photo and video footage into final format, for use in many stages of patient, prospective patient and caregiver engagement Edit existing video and animation footage to create new variations for use in multiple platforms Record audio files for radio ads, on-hold messaging, ADA-related assistance, and other usage Conduct photo and video shoots, including direction and hands-on execution Create additional interactive content such as virtual tour videos and 3D visuals Provide graphic design and multimedia support for Strategic Marketing team requests to customize creative assets to convey each hospital’s personality and unique value, remotely and leveraging local team support where possible – including but not limited to patient testimonials, small video versions of press releases, medical staff interviews, and tours Collaborate with team to create new assets for system-wide use (examples include service line-focused social media vignettes, audio ads, video ads, animated display ads, landing page video clips, animated .gifs for email and web pages, educational videos, presentations, 3D illustrations, and interactive tools) Creative Direction Bachelor’s Degree preferred (ideally in Graphic Design, Art, or Marketing) 3 years of related experience Experience in graphic design and multimedia Prefer experience working with marketing automation and web technology Prefer experience in healthcare marketing, including understanding of rules and regulations QA deliverables to ensure the highest standard of quality and compliance Determine the best way to leverage existing materials and supplement with new Identify solutions to create consistent best practices across all touchpoints, while letting the individual hospital’s unique story and value shine through Identify and use tools to make creation and use of creative easier and faster Administration Proactively manage expectations and priorities to ensure 100% of projects are completed on time as expected Manage vendors as needed Maintain ticket management, time tracking and status reporting efficiently Provide excellent reporting and analysis of team hours allocation and turnaround times Recommend more efficient solutions to complete individual request tickets
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (ideally in Graphic Design, Art, or Marketing) 6-10 years of related experience With 2-3 years of Managerial experience Strong leadership qualities Experience in graphic design and multimedia Will be part of a pioneer team, must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig on a Night Shfit Schedule
