Art Director

Job Description:
Generate award-winning creative concepts for print, radio, TV, OOH, POP and digital requirements. Oversee multiple projects from briefing to conceptualization to execution Present creative work to Client Follow the company’s brand identity standards and guidelines. ? Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent. Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite version6, Profiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash Animation, Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premiere. Final Cut using MAC is an plus. Strong conceptual, strategic, and multi-channel messaging ideas. Must have proficiency in graphic design software, which include but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of 3D design and video editing programs (preferably Google Sketch Up) is a plus. Can conceptualize and develop various marketing and merchandising collaterals (i.e. POPs, Brochures, Flyers, Banners, etc.) in a timely and systematic manner, and in adherence to the prescribed brand guidelines. Should be able to work well under stress and time pressure and deliver quality output within the deadline given. Must possess high attention-to-detail and a sense of balance in layouts. Must be creative, and able to receive critic from team mates or superior. Must be a team player and work well with others. Especially non–local foreigners.
