Area Supervisor/ Account Coordinator

ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR
Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing sales promoters assigned in retail stores.
Prepare and consolidate inventory, competitive, off-take reports and other ad hoc reports
Monitor and ensure maintenance of merchandising standards in assigned area.
Develop and train sales promoters on the different products/ stock keeping units, customer service, maintaining a current and correct inventory and merchandising standards.
Coordinate with Head office on the recruitment, screening and training of sales promoters and other deployment issues
Manage and effectively utilize all company resources including the operating budget
Collect DTRs and other operational documents within the area.
Investigate and impose necessary disciplinary actions on erring sales promoters
Process on-boarding of qualified sales promoters
Cascade changes or revisions in the policies and procedures of the company
Conduct both product and company orientation
Brief sales promoters of their roles and responsibilities
Ensure competence of all sales promoters and maintain a good working relationship with the clients
Conduct trade checks
Qualifications:
College degree, preferably BSBA-Marketing, with own motorcycle
With at least 6 months relevant experience in a retail environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and with initiative
Able to manage multiple task in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
