JOB DESCRIPTION: Ensure the achievement of regional sales target by orienting, training, and guiding company partners (Gen Trade, Dealers and mini concept stores)Communicates job expectations to ASMs by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing sales targets.Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for ASM in support of national objectives.Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.Prepares and completes action plans and implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.Acquire new sales partners for WADFOW GenTrade concept storesMaintains and expands customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.Get client orders and monitor concerns from gen trade partners JOB SPECIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any fieldAt least 2 years experience in field equivalentStrong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills.With professional driver's license and willing to be relocated.Must be Amenable to work in: NCR
