They are accountable for the performance of all the Sales Associates in their team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all budgets, business objectives, and goals are achieved.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure achievement of their goals.
Coach, train, develop and evaluate all direct reports on their team.
Ensures compliance to all internal and external policies, laws and regulations.
Performs all other tasks assigned to them by their team leader as necessary.
