**Position**:Sales Coordinator
**Reporting to**: Sales Head
**Department**: Marketing and Sales Operations Department (MSOD)
**Areas**: Tanay, Rizal / Head-Office / Bulacan / Tarlac
**Mission**:To support and facilitate the department in ensuring that company's sales target is achieved and assist in the expansion of Lhoopa, Inc. network of Broker Partners
**Duties**:
**A.
Sales Accreditation**
- Conduct Sales Accreditation and assist the sales heads during onboarding activities
**B.
Inventory Management**
- Updated Inventories for sale property cascaded to brokers
- Work with accounts management and acquisition team to ensure timely distribution
of inventories both newly and reopen units.
- Work with construction to ensure the unit is unoccupied during saturation and
available for sale.
- Blocked Inventories/Units reserved by a client
**C. Reservation**
- Check and verify client requirements submitted during reservation
- Encode client and unit details (In real TIme) during reservation
- Coordinate with Broker's/Agent and Client
- Coordinate with the Account Management and Accounting Department regarding
reservation.
**D. Others**
- Provide Assistance to team members in the Department if needed
- Facilitate in the site appreciation of partner Brokers and clients
**Requirements**:
1.
College graduate
2.
With at least 1 year experience in the same field
3.
Organized and can work with minimum supervision
4.
Above average communication skills
5.
Adaptable and people person
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Sales administration: 2 years (preferred)
