Architectural Detailer (For Office Fit-Out)

JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Architectural detailing projects and/ Engineering plans, specifications, End to end process.2. Develop accurate layouts, As-Built drawing, assembly drawings and complete construction drawing.3.
Assist Senior Architect .4. Take direction from Senior Architect, engineers and executives to research drawings, catalogs and sketches to develop detailed dimensioned AutoCAD drawings5. Review engineering drawings prior to the release6.
Can design efficiently within the client’s budget7. Drafting AutoCad drawings and 3D renders8. Coordination with Project Manager before, during, and after construction9.
Negotiating and coordinating with contractors and other professionals10. Making site visit to check the progress11. Reports to Senior Architect12.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededQUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or any Engineering course or equivalent2. Must have a 4-5 years work-related experience3.
Required Skill(s):a. Excellent drafting/drawing skills on Architecture Project and Designb. Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCad, Sketch
Up, MS Office and the likec. Has strong visual awareness and eye for detaild. Awareness of site and safety regulations and practicese.
Cost Estimate/Quantity Surveyingf. Can read architectural drawingsg. Can create blow up plans based on instructionsh.
Good communication skills and can coordinate effectivelyi. Can work efficiently with minimal supervisionj. Can deliver results fast and accuratek.
Resourceful and Creativel. Experience in Architectural Detailing and Office Fit-outm. Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantagen.
Experience in handling crew/construction workers with good leadership is an advantageo. Knowledge in MEPFS, FDAS is an advantagep. With professional license is an advantageq.
With drivers’ license is an advantage
