Architect

Responsible for assisting project heads in preparing working drawings using AutoCAD for project presentation and construction documentation; Assist senior designers in preparing concept design and planning layouts; Prepare concept boards and design drawings; Perform drawing/ plotting/ minor design activities; Perform other related duties from time to time.
**Location : Angeles City, Pampanga**

**Qualifications**:

- **Must be unemployed and ready to start immediately.
**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Required Skill(s)**:Project Management, Computer-Aided Design software (AutoCAD), Lumion, Sketchup, 3D Max, Photoshop, Revit, PlanSwift, Microsoft Office.
**:

- Experience in Project Management and/or Construction Management is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence in coordinating with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Ability to develop the design into all work stages of the project including brief, concept, developed design, technical design construction, to practical completion, and lead others to produce this work.
- Good eye for design and a strong portfolio ( a strong does not mean good renders, but instead, good design ideas).
- Resourceful and adept in handling projects with limited supervision

**Responsibilities**:

- Produces conceptual plans, renderings, shaft drawings and documents.
- Creates Architectural Design solutions in response to client's requirements.
- Formulates design concepts, develop design directions of project director and compile design packages
- Produces construction documents in AutoCAD, 3D Max and other Design programs.
- Assists in research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications.
- Monitors the implementation of designs and plans in actual construction.
- Ensures that project deliverables are within the terms of reference and that additional work/design variations are monitored and documented.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
