Architect

Good afternoon!
May we ask for your help sourcing applicants for Architect position with the following qualifications:

- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an Architect
- Willing to sign Misc Projects amounting to 10M/project, signing fee is included in the basic salary
- Available as soon as possible
- Maximum we could offer is 45k.
**Job Description**:

- Check and comply design with regulations;
- Prepares conceptual design, planning, sample boards presentation;
- Prepares For-Construction drawings and details;
- Attend coordination meetings;
- Coordinates with Design consultants regarding design drawings;
- Check shop drawings of contractors;
- Prepares Architect's Instructions and Minutes of meetings;
- Prepares AutoCAD drawings and sketches;
- Sign as Licensed Architect as required by the management for drawings and documents being submitted to the authorities such as but not limited to Building and Occupancy permissions.
That project shall be covered by the company insurance, and if signing for drawings, that project's construction amount shall be up to Php 10M/year.
- Implement and overseer compliance of related processes based on the organization's KTMS.PH Integrated Management System
- Execute all the necessary changes of related processes relevant to KTMS.PH Integrated Management System

**Salary**: Up to Php45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
