Preparing and presenting design proposals to clientsPreparing tender and planning applications and presentationsAdvising clients on the practicality of their projectProducing detailed drawings from which costings are madeNegotiating with contractors and other professionalsAttending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialistsCoordinating the work of contractorsMaking site visits to check on progressMaking sure that the project is running within the agreed time frameDealing with problems that might come up during buildingCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalentPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
