Job Description:
Resolving customer concerns, inquiries and queries according to defined guidelines, processes and metrics set for performance Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations Ensure all leads are actioned with the company's defined guidelines Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer Minimum Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience Experience in sales would be an advantage but not required Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized Good to Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Amenable to work from 12pm to 9pm with Fixed weekends off.
