Job Responsibilities
Ensuring satisfactory performance and timely completion of tasks for Credit Limit Update, Cash Application and Credit and Collection for assigned Region/Teams.
Initiate process improvements, quick wins and quality reviews for Credit Limit Update, Cash Application, Credit Management which includes Order Releasing and effective Collection Strategies to simplify the process and improve efficiency and productivity in the assigned Region/Teams.
Interface with Local Stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Pricing, Internal Partners to communicate GBS AR decisions through various means (written, verbal etc), including but not limited to; monitoring and ensuring timely publishing of AR's monthly/weekly reports and leading regular meetings, floorwalks etc.
Accurate & Timely communication and resolution of all escalated concerns and inquiries within Credit, Cash Apps and Collections Group in the assigned Region/Teams to maintain excellent Customer Service and build stronger relationship with internal and external partners.
Supports the AR Team in managing and maintaining good stakeholder relationships with different Business Units and Internal Partners in the assigned Region/Teams (not limited to)
Job Responsibilities
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
0 to 1 year experience as an AR Specialist in business to business collections environment.
Basic knowledge of SAP AR preferred
Basic knowledge of Account Reconciliation
Exposure to OTC/OTR processes preferred
Proficiency of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, the basic accounting equation, adjustment, billing, credits, and claims processing
Be able to work on any shift
