Do collections follow-up from customers and arrange collection schedule with them and coordinates with third party collection agencies regarding schedule of collections and details of collections
Direct communications with customers on collection matters, dispute resolution involving reconciliations
Update Statement of Account of Customers
Sorting / filing of Collection receipts and cash batch
Maintain Filing of AR Documents (Customer individual Files etc.)
Prepares manual proforma invoice to Customer
Assist the whole Finance team during the Financial Audit (like - document pullout, report preparation and others).

About youGraduate of Bachelor of Science in accountancy or any related courses.
Minimum 1 year experience preferably in Accounts Recievables, Billing and Collection.
Proficient in Micorsoft Excel and its formulas.
Experience in SAP system is an advantage.
Willing to accept 6 months contract.
