We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will perform an administrative role and be responsible for contacting client or customers, and the arrangement of schedules or appointments and also do email marketing for the company. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, prepare efficiently schedules/appointments to clients and customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.Qualifications ofan Appointment Setter:
Must be a high school or college graduate
Must have high level of initiative and drive
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Business Development Representative
Knowledge in email marketing is a plus, Yesware or MailChimp
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
Recruitment experience is a plus
Computer literate and Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and
relevant computer programsPerson that pay close attention to details because they have the responsibility to document and provide all information needed for an appointment to happen.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Has an outstanding negotiation ability
Someone with a strong Team Leader quality
Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Someone who can work unsupervised
Your Responsibilities As an Appointment Setter would be:Managing schedules and setting appointments
Making outgoing calls or taking incoming calls from clients or customers and set appointments to meet with the manager
Encoding or entry of data, lists any appointments that has been made throughout the day.
Do some recruiting and profile review for the insurance company
Use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.
Call a predetermined contact number of clients
Contact clients in dealing business with the company they represent with
Manage and maintain CRM database of the company
