Details of the offer

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who needs minimal supervision, is quick on his/her feet, has a creative knack for getting through to the right prospects (comfort level with speaking to business owners and decision-makers a plus through cold-calling), and demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills while maintaining the tenacity to make a productive volume of calls, every day. You must be able recognize a qualified sales opportunity and know how to set a committed, 10-15 minute pre-sales appointment. You will need to initiate dialog with the client and speak with confidence about their services.
• 1-2 years previous appointment setting experience calling into mid-sized companies and higher
• Consistently exhibit the highest level of honesty and integrity
• Professional Communication skills (clear, cordial communication style)
Required experience:
• Appointment Setting: 1 + years or less as long as we see potential
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Adhere to company procedures, values, and policies
• Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
• Responds with a positive, responsive, and flexible attitude to customers and ensures all requests have been completed satisfactorily, escalating to the Manager when needed
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Prospect and contact potential customers
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, account management or other related fields a plus
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor and a high energy personality
• Excellent telephone skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary Range:up to P28,000
