Position: Mandarin Product Specialist

Salary: P 60,000 - P 80,000

Requirements:
• Open for Native or Non-Native Mandarin Speakers
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English Language
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Preferably CSR Experience and Technical Support
• Preferably with HSK certificate for Fil-Chi | For Native Chinese no need
• Willing to work in Taguig City
Responsibilities:
• The Customer Service Representative will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls, web entry and chat requests from internal and external customers on the Compliance Learning suite of products
• Provide product support to customers via phone, email and/or chat leveraging internal resources in a timely manner
• Work on cases/tickets according to established departmental practices
• Document all interactions following standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with other support teams involving integration between ONESOURCE products
• Assist other Support teams based on need and availability
• Improve the quality of the customer experience on a daily basis
