1. Graduate of any medical courses such us Nursing, Radiology, Medical Technology and the like are highly encouraged to apply. License is not required.
2. Undergraduates (at least 2 years complete in college) of any medical course should have at least 2 years medical/radiology/healthcare experience either BPO or Non BPO industry.
3. Graduate of non-medical courses may apply but should have at least 1 year call center experience handling healthcare account.

5. Medical terminology knowledge and/or prior contact center experience preferredOther Qualifications:
1. Good to excellent communication skills
