Details of the offer

Job Description:
• Introduce and develop breakthrough solutions to customer through value creation.
• Advance product technical knowledge and process application for dicing, backgrinding
and laser dicing.
• Conduct and facilitate product and product application training.
• Perform technical/product training for sales people, engineers and targeted
accounts/customers.
• Perform qualification of products, troubleshooting on quality issues and provide
extensive technical support training for customers onsite.
• Come up with a final recommendation
• Provide status of ongoing and future projects.
Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years solid experience in Applications /Process Engineering with strong orientation on dicing, backgrinding and laser dicing
• Engineering Graduate (Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)
• Strong technical know-how on SPC, 8D Methodology, FMEA,, OCAP, other quality tools
• Has background in using JMP and Minitab Process Application
• Willing to extend working hours as needed to support customer needs
• Preferably residents of Sta. Rosa, Binan, Laguna or nearby area
