Candidate will be responsible for:
Playing a lead role in a world class, geographically distributed development team
Delivering large-scale projects on-time with high quality
Guiding and mentoring other developers in day-to-day design and coding tasks
Designing and developing features, defect fixes, and automated tests
Working closely with Product Architects, Product Managers, Quality Assurance, and other development teams
Developing modern, responsive UIs using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Developing REST web services and servlets using Java and J2EE technologies
Participating in code reviews
Ensuring compliance with development best practices and technical process
Keeping abreast of the latest technologies (including Oracle technologies) and assimilating them into the product
Job Requirements
Bachelors or Master Degree (B.Tech, M.Tech)
Excellent product development skills - designing, coding, and debugging skills in JavaScript and Java
Experience with database design/modelling, and knowledge of RDBMS concepts
5-12 years of practical experience in product development, enterprise apps preferred
Experience with cloud platforms and cloud technologies/deployments
Highly experienced and passionate about developing web UIs using modern Java Script libraries and/or frameworks (Angular, React, Node, Knockout, RequireJS, jQuery, TypeScript, Mocha, Chai, Jasmine, etc.)
Strong experience in Java technologies such as JSP, Servlets, Web services, REST, etc.
Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, GWT, Spring MVC)
Possess a thorough understanding of OO principles
Experience in the higher education product/domain or Fusion Tech Stack (Jdeveloper, ADF) preferred

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
