Job Role: Develop, maintain and expand the application knowledge of the organization. Obtain an acceptable return on the Company's investment by increasing the value of the programs offered to industry. Be a source for sector, application methods and product knowledge expertise.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1.Provide Application Expertise/Services for customers and Commercial sales team.
2.Delivering the agreed application results in a sustainable manner by being responsible and accountable for the trial/demonstration made with the customer.
3.Conduct trainings to customers and Diversey Commercial sales team to provide enhanced competitive advantage platforms and leading edge application expertise.
4.Be a source of application expertise and experience and maintain a continuing effort to grow the application knowledge while assisting the Sales team especially if there are issues on the cleaning results.
5.Assist with the commercialization of new products, equipment systems and programs in coordination with local, regional and cluster marketing.
6.Coordinates with RD&E and Regulatory to ensure Diversey products are FDA approved.
7.Be a fundamental catalyst in developing and utilizing expertise to maximize the value of support provided to external customers
8.Submit quality reports in a timely manner.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
*Education: Bachelor's Degree
*Technical Knowledge on Kitchen and Laundry Equipments
*Excellent English Communication Skills both verbal and in writing
*With at least 2 years experience and knowledge on Kitchen and Laundry Applications
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a college/bachelor’s degree holder
- Candidate must have experience in sales or marketing in a similar industry of at least 3 years.
- Candidate must have excellent English communication skills
- The position requires travel nationwide and conduct of trial or demo late nights or early morning
- Candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications.
