Appian Engineer at Aspiree Inc. in Metro Manila Job Description - Overview:The Appian engineer will be part of a small team of analysts, developers, testers to drive delivery of a B2B solution within the Financial services industry. The project team will be part of a cross functional Agile deployment working on a Business Process Automation solution.
Key Job Functions and Duties :? Critical process improvement including business process management, knowledge management, business intelligence, and application integration? Responsible for providing expert level assistance to our client using the Appian platform to run their banking applications.? Work directly with internal stakeholders throughout the entire life-cycle of the project to define, design, and implement business process solutions.General skills:? Define business processes and gather functional system requirements? Analyze a client’s business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy? Experience implementing and deploying process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software? Excellent problem solving ability and a talent for identifying creative solutions Desired Experience & Qualities? Experience in evaluating detailed business, functional, and high-level technical requirements.? Understanding of design patterns for intermediate to complex applications.? Experience in applying reusability and future state architecture and framework.? Experience in developing code for intermediate to complex modules, following documentation and development standards.? Experience working in Agile teams. Conversant with SDLC automation tools and with agile development practices.? Minimum 2 yrs of Appian BPM experience.
