AP or AR Specialist – Up to 31,000 PHP
GL Accountant – Up to 50,000 PHP
Bank Reconciliation Specialist – Up to 50,000 PHP
Location: Filinvest Alabang (Onsite for the first 3 months, then Hybrid – 2 days RTO)
Schedule: Morning shift - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Qualifications:
AP or AR Specialist
Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years in AR/AP/general accounting
Skills:
-- ERP Systems (Oracle/MFG Pro)
-- Advanced MS Office & Google applications
-- Strong communication skills
GL Accountant
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Commerce (CPA preferred)
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role
Skills:
-- SAP AP/AR/GL Module
-- SOX compliance experience
-- Advanced MS Office (Excel)
-- Flexibility for Europe shifts
Bank Reconciliation Specialist
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Financial Management
Experience: 3-4 years in reconciliation/audit roles
Skills:
-- ERP (SAP/Reconnet tool)
-- Advanced MS Excel
-- Attention to detail & strong work ethic
