Job Description Summary:
Analyst, New Product is an integral part of the New Products Introduction. Job entails coordination of activities & deliverables from development stage to full qualification working closely with key partners; Business Unit Managers, Test Engineers, External Mfg team, Product Data Management, MES IT, Quality Engineering and AFO experts to ensure that Product qualification progress on a timely manners; deliverable are met and system readiness (MES) is in place & product data information on various Supply Chain and Mfg tools are enable and maintained.
Responsibilities also includes supporting various Engineering qualification that affect Product functionality and ability to Deliver to customer- managing supply and tracking milestones from different stages of the project

Responsibilities:
1. Keep track of Products transferring to AFO. Ensure accuracy and validity of Product Information on APR site, maintain and track changes that impacts Product Information and master data on Supply Chain Planning Engine and various Manufacturing Tools. Drive milestones at each Checkpoints.
2. Work with concerned groups enable for planned execution happen and be able to meet the desired timeline
Line and Capacity Planning – to define and allocate Eng’g resources to run buy off activities.
Test Engineering – on priorities and completion of project at Checkpoint 3 & 4
Factory Planning – on priorities and completion of Checkpoint 4
Supply Chain- on Fab planning and priorities at Final Test and Sort
Test Development – on priorities and timeline of Checkpoint 1 & 2 completion, buy off activities
Process Engineering – on Manufacturing readiness
Materials Planning –on new materials requirement & supply availability.
3. Maintains Planning databases:
AFO Product Release site-Provides supply visibility, maintains completion at each checkpoints and transfer status.
Transfer Plan –Maintains Product Categories and planning assumption feed to JDA of Checkpoint 3 (AFO readiness) and Checkpoint 4 (full qualification). Manage switching of product’s primary location & Transfer Discrepancies.
WS Editor- Manage sort location, resource allocation and Sort Test time
Final Test Editor- Manage Final Test location, resource allocation and Test time.
AFO TEST COST- NPR Discrepancy report and Transfer Plan Schedule. Maintains product category, OEE database and transfer schedule to AFO which feed SCM JDA tool.
Maintains Product routes. Track and implement Engineering Change Notification (ECN) to switch routes in compliance to APR Process; fix Errors as needed.
Supports Quality Engineering Projects such as Safe Launch & Reliability Qual- coordinates activities at each stage, provide supply and track progress.
Support Test Engineering Projects such as Engg Proto; Customer Samples and New Process & Package Qualification -coordinates and track activities; provide supply and visibility and drive shipments
Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.
Requirements:
College Graduate, preferably Industrial Engineering or Business related courses.
Expertise on Planning systems/tools, Procedures and Processes.
Extensive exposure in Planning related function, preferably background on Backlog or Product Management.
Background in SAP, SQL and Tableau is an advantage
Must be knowledgeable of various Planning system/tool, efficient of various computer/system applications; has good communication skills, self driven and is a team player.
