Responsibilities
Under direct supervision responsible for collection, verification and processing income related entitlements in an accurate timely manner. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts. Works effectively as a team member but also independently. Good written and communication is required with a high level of attention to detail.

Ensures day to day deliverable are met. Checklists are to be prepared and submitted to the next level on a daily basis.
Follows the incident/regulatory breach reporting procedure with rigor
Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines
Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts
Works effectively as a team member but also independently
Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job
Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
Running and creating formal reports
Qualifications
A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills are required. Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred, specifically Income processing.
Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
Attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data.
Basic understanding of income event types across major markets and across all instrument types.
