About the roleExecute the Reward Remuneration and Benefit activities assigned on time, in accordance with the Operational plan and standard GAS HR processes and procedures. Ensures that Master Data for all employees and agency contractors is uploaded, or updated into the HR system in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains excellent communication across all relevant stakeholders to provide quick and accurate responses to all queries. Core Accountabilities
Demonstrate an overriding commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC)
Ensure alignment with and compliance to internal controls including Group Level Documents, agreements, systems, standards and proceduresContribute towards achieving set performance targets, benchmarks and KPIs by focusing on maintaining up-to-date, accurate and timely data in 1SAPDevelop supportive relationships with others in the team and demonstrate and promote operational discipline when executing day-to-day activitiesProvide feedback to GAS HR Line Management on process and system usage, process discipline and training requirements related to coachingContribute to maintaining a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement; a Step-Up cultureRecommend improvement initiatives to existing processes, practices and systemsEnsure local operating procedures and documentation is maintained at all timesContribute and execute the HR Shared Services Centre strategyAssist with system testing and internal controls as required, and ensure adherence to implementing improved controlsProvide assistance with internal and external audit requirementsParticipate in control self-assessment teams and other internal review processesIdentify risks and provide input into planning and actioning risk assessmentsUploads Master data into HR systemValidates correctness of master data by performing daily audits and checking. Where required work with benefits vendors to ensure accurate admistration of benefits program for all employeeProvides expert feedback to employees enquiriesAssists with pre and post pay run data validation processesEnsure the integrity of required reporting is maintained in accordance with regional statutory and legislation requirementsExplain complex reconciliations and provide appropriate levels of troubleshooting and problem solving to complex queries from internal stakeholders and external organizationsReview and update approved workarounds and exceptionsSupport the validation of issues raised by usersInitiate Pre-Approved Service Requests (PASR)Monitor and communicate the progress of service requests until completionAssist in providing necessary requirements for any change request to the Specialist Support TeamRaise incident request and monitor the resolution update
About You
Qualifications:Degree or any relevant qualification in Human Resource/Business
Experience & Technical Competencies:
Distinctive proficiency in benefits admin and statutory requirements for multiple countriesUnderstanding of legislative requirements related to statutory reportingThorough understanding of internal audit controls and SOX controlsHigh computer literacy, including excellent spreadsheet/database skills.Highly developed Interpersonal skillsHighly accurate data entry skills and SAP proficiencyStrong attention to detailHighly developed time management skillsWilling to work night shift
Languages:
Excellent verbal and written English / Spanish communication skills
