Description
Support the Refrigeration Marketing Operations team, performing both the Pricing and Forecasting Processes.
Provides primary pricing, forecasting & reporting tasks, balancing support across the entire team. Utilize and build familiarity with Vendavo, Demantra & Oracle software tools.Responsibilities
Pricing Responsibilities
Daily quotes for compressors, units, and parts for OEM and Wholesalers received from different channels
Daily report audit from oracle and Mainframe and resolution of any pricing discrepancies
Support Vendavo - including adding pricing, making line adjustments, and synching with Mainframe
Monthly reporting - including commodity index report, updating price files, quote performance log
Quarterly report – Product health tool
Support price increase execution and PM018 reports generation
Attend weekly team huddles and provide updates on current and future tasks
Ad hoc analysis as needed
Forecasting Responsibilities
Aftermarket/ export forecast support
Maintenance of plant overview files as well as plant forecast accuracy
Demantra data validation
Requirements Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance
2 years’ experience in Pricing Analysis and/ or Forecasting
Intermediate knowledge and experience in MS Excel
Well-developed analytical skills, articulate, innovative and confident
Good written and spoken English communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Willing to work on night shift.
