Job Description:
Answer calls through phone Each service rep is required to provide high quality service Respond effectively to questions, issues & problems Provide cohesive instructions to callers Provide passengers with information on their flights including flight numbers and departure and arrival times Assist passengers who may have missed connecting flights by arranging to have them board alternate flights Minimum Qualifications:
