Must have at least 1-2 year (s) experience in related field
- Must be competent and work long hours
- Must be familiar with a broad range of Air-condition
- Preferably living in Makati area or anywhere near the location
- Scope of Work: _
- Perform maintenance work on a wide range of Air-condition
- Conduct inspection tours to ensure that all Air-condition is working properly
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Perform inventory management of equipment and accessories
- Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
- Complete the preventive maintenance schedule and incident reports
