As the AI Transformation Program Director, you will play a crucial role in driving and overseeing our company-wide transformation initiatives.
You will report directly to the Global Operations VP.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Operations, HR and others, to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs.
Responsibilities: Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10-15 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large-scale transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
