Job Description:
Ensure high quality service & support solutions and timely monitoring of all customer issues and drive escalation where appropriate. Monitor the service level agreement with the Service Center partner and initiate and track orders to completion. Coordinate closely with Customer Care team and the Service Center partner to maintain good customer service. Ensure quality support is maintained to achieve customer satisfaction and in managing customer feedbacks and complaints. Coordinate closely with Logistics ensuring that proper availability of inventory of parts for the Service Center is maintained at all times. Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Logistics for the processing of defective dealer stock returns. Ensure immediate processing of returns and refund requests. Prepare and update after-sales and returns reports regularly. Conduct periodic audits and provide recommendation to improve after-sales operations, processes, and policies. Has willingness to work independently or with a group Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum graduate of vocational or 4-year course Has a minimum of 1 year of extensive experience in Sales, After-Sales Support, and/or Customer Service and Support Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Has good communication skills (both written and oral, in English and in Filipino) Has strong interpersonal skills Has good and effective organizational and coordination skills Able to learn quickly and to adapt to changes Knows how to multitask and prioritize at the same time Is accountable to his/her own words and actions Attentive to details
