JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience repairing general electronics, Smartphone, laptops, and the likes
- Technical degree or certification in Electronics or TESDA Consumer Electronics Servicing NC II Certificate
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics store
- Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) preferred, but not required
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- At least High school graduate
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate and perform service repairs on electronics, and additional end-user products for retail and business customers. Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the
problem, determine warranty coverage, and make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
- Responsible for meeting customer satisfaction measurements, minimizing average on-site response time, keeping open and accurate communication regarding parts
service delays, respecting customers, being polite and knowledgeable while having a positive attitude to go above and beyond what’s required.
- Provide technical advice training and assistance to customers on the operation of products. Maintain service records including equipment worked on and daily travel logs.
- Coordinate with management to determine deadlines for the assigned tasks.
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed SMARTFUTURE TECH. INC. quality standards
- Understand drawings, technical manuals, and instructions for performing system installation activities.
- Maintain inventory control of electronic components and tools.
-Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all RMA stock
- Report completed and ongoing tasks to Supervisor on a daily basis.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store
