Job Description:
Research and Content Production Assist the project manager in the preparation of documents (project briefs, production briefs, memos, letters, or waivers) through desk research and internal meetings and ensuring quality of these documents Assist in developing research strategies and planning for potential and existing clients, and in the conduct of field work, or pre- and post-testing of materials, including analysis of statistical information and data for use in briefings, publications, reports, and other communication documents Assist project managers during video and content production through coordination, logistics and documentation Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports Documentation and Archiving Archive documents and contacts Assist in the development of a cohesive archive and database for the Advocacy Communications unit Collects and makes arrangements for distribution of advocacy materials as needed during both internal and external meetings, trainings or workshops Leads and Logistics Assist in contacting suppliers to request for cost proposals and ensuring that deliverables are completed in a timely manner and expected quality Support proposal development and budget preparation Assist with the research and tracking of business development efforts Minimum Qualifications:
Should be familiar with development work - working with non-profit, non-government organizations Should be familiar with video and digital content production processes Desk and field research strategies and processes Community and organizational partnerships Administrative tasks Qualifications: Fresh graduates and those with up to one (1) year work experience are encouraged to apply A bachelor’s degree in communications, social sciences, international development, or other related fields are encouraged to apply Employee to use his / her laptop. This is a project-based position for a period of four (4) months.
