About the role
Creates offer letters and the like to be provided to candidates or employee by using details provided
Validates correctness of letter by checking, validating and by applying knowledge of system, process and business requirements.
Provides expert feedback to co-employees and leads on updates with regards to letter creation
Ensure the integrity is maintained on the letter created in accordance with regional statutory and legislation requirement
Explain reconciliations and provide appropriate levels of troubleshooting and problem solving to queries from internal stakeholders and external organizations
Assist with system testing and internal controls as required, and ensure adherence to implementing improved controls
Demonstrate an overriding commitment to Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC)
Ensure alignment with and compliance to internal controls including Group Level Documents, agreements, systems, standards and procedures
Contribute towards achieving set performance targets, SLA, benchmarks and KPIs
Develop supportive relationships with others in the team and demonstrate and promote operational discipline when executing day-to-day activities
Contribute to maintaining a culture of innovation, learning and development and continuous improvement; a Step-Up culture
Recommend improvement initiatives to existing processes, practices and systems
Ensure local operating procedures and documentation is maintained and reviewed at all times
Contribute and execute the HR Shared Services Centre strategy
Provide assistance with internal and external audit requirements
Participate in control self-assessment teams and other internal review processes
About You
Qualifications:1 year work experience
Degree or any relevant qualification in Human Resource/Business
Background or interest in recruitment process, payroll ,data management, Offer letter/Employment Agreements/Contract Creation
Computer literacy, including MSWord, Mail Merge, Excel spreadsheet/database skills.
Knowledge or Experience in 1SAP/ Case Management System(eg Dynamics 365, etc) / Any Applicant Tracking System is a plus but not required
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Highly accurate data entry skills
Strong attention to detail
Highly developed time management skills
Strong business writing skills
Strong communication skills
Open to Morning or Mid shift (Flexible)
Amenable to working on a Fixed Term contract

Languages:
Fluent English, both verbal and written
