Lalamove is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and partner drivers through our platform. We offer a lightning fast and convenient way to book intra city deliveries for customers (from business users to end users), while providing partner drivers a reliable and flexible means of livelihood.
Onto our sixth year as a start-up, now operating in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, India, and the Philippines, we continue to expand our business and reach more customers and partner drivers, helping them achieve their goals in life, through our service.
In our efforts to solidify our market presence, we are currently building a strong sales team for a new business, which will cater to our partner drivers who are motivated to earn more. We are particularly looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.
Duties and Responsibilities: Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Greet and assist visitors. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in related field Prior administrative experience Excellent computer skills, especially typing Attention to detail Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others\ Must be willing to work in Makati for 2 months then Quezon City after
