Job Description:
Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to service all departments at the Head Office. Prepares and manages correspondence, reports and minutes of the meetings. Calls, emails, and coordinates with suppliers; Serve as on-site liaison and point of contact for clients, consultants, affiliates and suppliers. Organizes and coordinates schedules, appointments, functions and travel arrangements. Attends to highly confidential tasks, meetings and take and transcribe notes. Responsible for managing all highly confidential documentation relating to the department’s function. Oversee basic financial and accounting task; prepare monthly invoices; organize incoming bills, receipts, and other related paperwork’s for bookkeeping purposes. Complete assignments and work as assigned by the President. Ensures that all management memos and files are properly recorded, filed and cascaded to all staff and department heads. Other tasks as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business-related course. Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent in Filipino and English (oral and written) Smart, fast and efficient worker Must possess strong attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills; Must be organized Must have strong analytical and planning skills; Expert in using Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) Professional at taking calls and responding to emails Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Willing to work in Makati and do field work within Metro Manila
