**Responsibilities**:

- Managing/Filing all government documents and requirements of the company
- Ensuring all office and mandated protocols are being followed
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Maintain necessary and related reports
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Handles preparation and/or renewal of business permits and other local municipal documentation requirements in the region/province assigned
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
- All Admin work

**Qualifications**
- At least 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent.
- Proficient in MSOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Process company and employee documentation and benefits
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed
- Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces
- Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers
- Initiate and implement the best and most effective practices in administrative functions.
- can communicate with different kinds of people.
- well versed in clerical and admin task
- flexible, and can work under pressure.
- Performs related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- With keen attention to detail and good organization skills.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive individual with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of the Korean Language is an advantage (not required)

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
