JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Executive Assistant III, the Administrative Officer II shall be part of the team that provides review on targets and accomplishments of the FMS and quality administrative support to the FMS Director in the review of financial and non-financial documents.
PRIMARY TASKS
1. Reviews submitted IPC/OPC and IPCR/OPCR 9targets and accomplishments) from FMS divisions and provide feedbacks to the respective individuals or divisions;
2. Pre-Audit reports and/or financial documents;
3. Prepares and submits correspondences, memoranda, proposals, reports and other communication/documents that may be assigned;
4. Attend meeting/s as directed by the FMS-Director; and
5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the FMS-Director.
Job Outputs
1. Monitored, checked and reviewed submissions of IPC/IPCR, DPC/DPCR and OPC/OPCR with consolidated MOVs
2. Monitored submissions of reports from different Divisions of FMS
3. Draft memoranda, proposals and other communications
4. Attended meetings as directed by the FMS-Director
