**Job Summary**:Responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling accounting, finance, human resources and administrative functions.
1.
Manages the effective implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance to standard accounting principles and controls.
1.1.
Ensures that bookkeeping requirements are done accurately and timely in conformance to accounting standards and compliance to government rules and regulations;
1.2.Implements established control measures to ensure the effective cash management by ensuring that all disbursements and receipts of cash are compliant to established policies and procedures with complete documentation; conducts monthly bank reconciliation to assure accuracy of cash balances against records;
1.3.Monitors and ensures that all completed projects whether full or partial are promptly billed and keeps updated records of accounts receivables; maintains close coordination with clients to achieve timely collection;
1.4.
Supervises the monitoring and controlling of timekeeping function to ensure the timely and accurate preparation and payment of employees pay in accordance with established policies and procedures;
1.5.
Ensures the timely preparation and submission of periodic reports ie.
Weekly Financial report, weekly performance report for Operations review, Monthly Financial Statement, etc.
; coordinates with retained accounting and auditing firm to achieve expected accuracy and timeliness of reporting;
1.6.
Takes responsibility for ensuring compliance to all reportorial requirements of the different government agencies, ie.
SEC, BIR, DOLE, SSS, Philhealth, etc.
; monitors and secures permits and licenses required for the company to operate within the set schedules.
1.7.
Manages the business continuity plan by ensuring that back
- ups systems are systematically in place, periodically and religiously updated and supported by appropriate audit trails.

Formulates and ensures the effective implementation of human resources plans and programs.
2.2.
Ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements for each employee prior to hiring; ensures the timely preparation and issuance of employment contracts, personnel actions and documentation of separation process; maintains updated employees' records;
2.3.
Conducts pre-employment orientation of newly hired employees prior to deployment; updates the orientation program as needed; ensures that all concerns of newly onboarded employees are satisfactorily addressed.
2.4.
Administers the compensation and benefits program of the company and ensures compliance to all government mandated welfare and benefits requirements; prepares and updates job description and qualification for all positions; reviews and recommends improvements of compensation and benefits of employees depending on the affordability of BBI;
2.5.
Maintains open communication with all levels of the employees by keeping all channels active and responsive to the latters' concerns; formulates effective employee relations programs that will ensure harmonious relationship between management and labor; nurtures a positive working environment.
2.6.
Assists all departments in ensuring fair and objective implementation of the Code of Employee's Conduct and Behavior; sees to it that due process is always observed and proper documentation of cases are followed;
2.7.
Formulates and implements personnel training and development programs that will improve the skills, behavior and performance of the employees;
2.8.
Oversees the effective implementation of employees' performance appraisal system; recommends improvement to achieve an objective and quantitative ways of evaluating and improving the performance of employees;
3.
Manages the effective performance of administrative functions including but not limited to office management, transportation, communication, living quarters and other general services.
3.1.
Ensures that proper decorum is observe in the office at all times; ensures that health protocols are followed and required health kits are available; manages and controls office supplies and equipment;
3.2.
Oversees the provision of transportation services through effective planning and management of trips; monitors and controls transportation operating costs;
3.3.
Manages the communication facilities and services; evaluates and selects plans which are cost effective and provides quality services; monitors communication costs;
3.4.
Administers the provision of living quarters for employees; maintains a regular list of apartment owners who can provide temporary living facilities for project-based employees and staff.
4.Performs other related jobs that may be assigned as part of the multi-tasking program of the company.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of BS Accountancy or any business course.
- With minimum of 5 years work experience in Recruitment.
- Can work in fast paced environment.
