Job Description:
Provide high-level daily administrative tasks in support to the Management Services Head; Will be responsible for preparing reports for the managerial and executive staff; Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow; Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings; Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Conduct field work for processing task needed outside the office. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of (4) Four years Course University Graduate Fresh graduates are welcome / at least with 1year experience; Experience in different government process and Management Services is a plus; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Excellent in time management for the task list assigned to perform. Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Taguig, BGC. Preferred Courses: BSBA – Major in Business Management / BSBA – Major in Office Management BS – Major in Information Technology / BSIT – Website Development / BS – Major in Computer Science
