**Role Summary**
- Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization._

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- _Does timely procurement;_
- _Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls;_
- _Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients, vendors, suppliers, etc.

- _Maintain contact lists;_
- _Receive and direct visitors and clients;_
- _Provide general support to visitors;_
- _General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing;_
- _Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;_
- _Develop and maintain a filing system;_
- _Retrieve documents from filing system;_
- _Handle requests for information and data;_
- _Resolve administrative problems and inquiries;_
- _Prepare written responses to routine inquiries;_
- _Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;_
- _Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules;_
- _Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;_
- _Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence;_
- _Update and maintain office policies and procedures;_
- _Maintain office supply inventories, canvassing and/or purchasing;_
- _Manages liquidations;_
- _Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;_
- _Coordinate maintenance of office equipment;_
- _Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash, etc;_
- _Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms;_
- _Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment;_
- _Assisting the HR Department with job postings, interviews, CompBen, etc.

- _Assisting Finance Department with necessary reports; _

**Other Responsibilities**
- Any duties assigned by Immediate Supervisor._

**Skills and Qualifications**
- _Bachelor Degree graduate relevant to Business Administration courses;_
- _Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant position;_
- _Highly accountable;_
- _Has exceptional understanding of Microsoft Office, Google workspace;_
- _Excellent communication (written and verbal);_
- _Capable of working effectively and productively;_
- _Ability to maintain strong ethical and professional values;_
- _Excellent command of written and spoken English; and _
- _The ability to operate in diverse cultural environments._

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
