Administrative Assistant – Quezon City, Metro Manila

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Provides administrative and liaison support to the License & Compliance team, including fieldwork to secure licenses/certifications and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate partnerships with stakeholders.
Liaise with government agencies for compliance documentation.
Assist with clerical tasks and departmental coordination.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferred: Social Work, Communication, Business).
1+ year as Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong English communication (written/verbal).
Willing for fieldwork in Quezon City.
Preferred: Female, resides near Quezon City.
