Job Description:
1. Project Assistance Prepare and print documents Purchase and prepare research materials Assist during fieldwork (admin tasks during FGDs, Immersion, Office interviews) Transcription Schedule interviews Note-taking Coordination with research team members, recruiters and transcribers 2. Manage office operations Bills payment Deposit checks Follow-up on client collection Purchase of office supplies Assist during office events 3. Manage and organize digital files Organizing files such as photos, videos, transcripts into google drive Organize office documents (consent forms, receipts, tax forms, project files) Prepare recording equipment; download, upload and convert files Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years as admin assistant in a marketing organization Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Google Drive, good communication skill, excellent typing skill Personality: Can work independently, proactive, confident in dealing with various types of individuals Residence: Preferably residing in Quezon City Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
