Details of the offer

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Prepares of Demand Letters/Sales Correspondence
- Assist the Sales/Account Officers/Lawyers with day to day office tasks
- Collects and Prepares of client's requirements
- Prepares of sales contracts (undertakings, Contract to sell and Deed of Absolute Sale)
- Schedules client for the release and signing (Titles and contracts).
- Scans, uploads and maintains files in a timely manner
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales report

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of BS in Real Estate Management/Sales and Marketing/Business Administration/Office Management/Political Science or equivalent
- Excellent skill in MS Office
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Very good in verbal and written communication
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
Preferably residing in Taguig or Nearby city
