Responsibilities:

- Assist with bookkeeping/accounting department as appropriate.
- Includes setting up work for Individuals and Corporate Tax Returns
- Produce and distribute correspondence to clients
- To acquire information in preparation for work (for all types of tax returns)
- To advise of documents requiring signatures
- Upload and download documents to cloud portals
- Access portals for necessary documentation
- Includes extracting reports and correspondence to be sent to clients
- Compile final documents (paper and electronic)
- Corporate Secretarial support including Annual Company Statements
- Billing and invoicing
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled tasks and reports
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative tasks, expediting work results
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform other duties, as assigned

Required skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e.
word processing, creating spreadsheets)
- Extensive software skills and Internet research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritizes work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Graduate of Accountancy is a plus
