Job Description
The Sales Research will support our Sales Team by identifying prospects, uncovering
opportunities, gathering market insights, and organizing our CRM database. The ideal
candidate is resourceful, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative. RequirementsResponsibilities: ? Research potential clients, industries, and market trends to build a strong pipeline of
sales opportunities. ? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects, leads, and client information
in CRM. ? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize prospects and develop
targeted strategies. ? Stay updated on industry developments and continuously seek new ways to enhance
research and lead generation processes. ? Manage stress effectively and remain flexible with process changes and performance
scorecard adjustments. ? Handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently during shifts. ? Perform various web research and data entry tasks as needed.
Requirements: ? With or without BPO experience. ? Can type at an average of 60 WPM. ? Ability to conduct proper research across different websites. ? Working knowledge of computers and software applications, including Google Sheets
and Microsoft Office. ? Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
